Frilled Creature 3.0

Update:
Fixed the anatomy a bit to how I used to have it.

After receiving some redline and crit from this design spiralofvertigo.deviantart.com… I revamped it a bit and this is what I have so far. I might fiddle with it again tonight and bring back some original forms I had that I liked. The noodly look to the body was fun and I accidentally took that out with this sketch so I'm going to update that and put it back in.
